FOSEP-UW public event on the use of animals in research

The Seattle chapter of The Forum on Science Ethics and Policy is co-sponsoring the Science on Tap talk November 28th at 7pm at Ravenna Third Place Pub, titled "Drug Safety and Animal Research – No safe alternatives.” A clinical veterinarian will discuss why he believes that there are no safe alternatives to animal studies for some drug safety tests. This event is open to the public.
